Thirty-eight
years of court reporting experience, including fourteen years as an Official Court Reporter of the Pennsylvania Workers Compensation
Board, and as an Official Court Reporter in the Philadelphia Magistrates Court. He is the principal of one of the largest
court reporting firms on the east coast, Knipes-Cohen Associates of Philadelphia. In 1971 he was a pioneer in the videotaping
of depositions and since that time has been a leader in that field. He has served as President of the General Reporters Association
of Philadelphia, as a Director of the Pennsylvania Shorthand Reporters Association and served for many years on the Videotape
Committee of the National Court Reporters Association.
